Mexican food is worth a try here. Have a nice time here and share perfectly cooked chicken with your friends. If you look through the guests' comments, the staff is well-trained at this restaurant. Cool service is something visitors appreciate here. But Surcheros isn't granted a high rating on Facebook.

Our downtown office catered in Surcheros this week. I ordered a burrito with chicken and no rice. I got a beef burrito with rice. I don't eat beef. They made me the correct one and brought it to me along with a note in my box "Sorry. We hope you enjoy." THAT is customer service.

To begin, we have loved and been faithful patrons of the Macon location since it opened so it is hard having to say what it about to be said; however, during our visit today, the place is obviously going downhill. The service was very slow despite us being only people in line. The portion sizes of of meals were significantly less than usual despite the obvious jump in menu prices. Then one of the workers dropped one of the burrito on the ground while removing from grill which was an accident but still not usual for their workers. Then we were significantly over charged which I only knew because we had been there before. The girl at registered just randomly added excess charges which I caught and had her remove, but how many people had been over charged unknowingly. While food, despite small in portion, was good, when it was time to leave, the trash was overflowing and several tables were had not been cleaned. Bathroom had no soap. Hate to see this place go down!
