It is in the airport but the part that is accessible to all. If the food is anything like the Surf Café in Nampula then it is good. My experience at this particular restaurant is limited, I just tried the chocolate croissant, and it was pretty bad. It was hard and dry and even microwaving it twice couldn't get it soft. The bread was super dense. Hopefully you have better luck than I did. I hold out hope that your experience will be more like what I have come to expect from other Surf Cafe's.
