Marisa is the best server yet!!!! I truly enjoyed being cared for by her. My food was delightful , hot and crispy it also was delivered in a timely manner. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch

Great food and definitely order the Crab Dip appetizer! Sevice a bit slow but not a main concern. When we return I wouldn't order the margarita due to the awful sour mix. Overall a place I would return too. ️. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Price per person: $100+

On June 06,2026 my wife and sister we all went to Surf Rider for dinner. We have eaten there before and we thought it was a very good sea food restaurant. But not any more and we would never come back. The reason being first my wife had ordered a fish dinner and once she taste it she did not like the taste from the fish. So she ask to speak to the manager. So my wife had told the manager, could i get something else in place of the fish and the manager replied yes you can but we can not take your meal off the ticket because there nothing wrong with the fish.and my wife said really. I got to pay for something I dont like and she said yes and we cant take it off the menu. That was a rule that her manager say to do. And also they got it on the bottom of menu and the only way you will see it is if you read every word on there menu. To us first of all that is a low standard of poor customer service and yo put one of your managers in a position to tell your customer that is very unprofessional. So now you lost three customers over one meal and would I recommend anyone there not us with that kind of customer service. For the price no way.we dont have money to throw away when we had plenty of other restaurants around the area but we had choose Surf Rider because we have been there several times but we want any more. Poor customer service not good at all and your manager need customer service training as well was not a very pleasant or nice person at all when a customer have a concern.
