Our server was either new or not focused. We had a party of 16, with some arriving late, she never asked how our bill will be paid. Instead she put it all together, then we had to correct it. We had to write down each item a person ordered instead of her checking the paper she wrote it on. This was not good service. She seemed overwhelmed. She could not remember what a person order even when it was one item. Food consistently was given to the wrong person. I Surf Riders but I may not go this location ever. No apologies given, it was bad. She needs aprons training. Also I heard her discuss our table as we walked out with a Co-server. Not professional. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Parking space: Plenty of parking

I have a love/hate relationship with Surf Rider Bay Point. The good service is normally pretty good, food is good depending what you want (the hush puppies ) and it’s close to home. The bad: they run out of popular items often, and sometimes the food is a bit over cooked. Not every food item but I’ve experienced it on more than one occasion with some of the seafood items. Overall it’s good not great. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Order type: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $100+ Recommended dishes: Crab Cake
