This quaint bar has cool decor, a couch and darts in the back, good drinks at decent price. What it’s missing is people! I don’t know why but we were there on a Saturday night and other bars were full but this one was empty! Only one other guest showed up in the hour we were there. If this place got more clients it would have a way better vibe! Please market it better because it deserves more attention! Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Fantastic little hidden gem. Great atmosphere and very welcoming. Bar man Damiano was extremely friendly and made our visit to the pub a great one. I would happily return to The Surge if I ever return to Rome. Must visit if you're come to Rome and like your home comforts
