My $10 cash note had a tiny tear (fixable by sticky tape) and I was trying to purchase the stale sushi at 4pm. The manager would not accept the money so I will now take my $10 elsewhere. Absolutely ridiculous they wouldn’t accept legal tender. Meal type: Other Price per person: $1–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Great Sushi but TERRIBLE customer Service from the Korean male shop assistant there I requested for two sushi products to be put aside for me last week I phoned the shop to keep them informed of pick up time as I was at work and had a hectic schedule and I had to change the pick up times At the end of the day I purchased two boxes which I requested to be put aside as agreed I’m also a regular weekly customer The girls are great to engage with but the male staff member there is selective in his customer service approach He advised me that he would no longer keep any sushi products aside for me to pick up after work It takes a lot for me to write public reviews and I want to share my customer experience here and give him an opportunity to reflect how detrimental his service approach is to loyal customers such as myself in our local shopping precinct Nice sushi but most importantly inconsistent customer service or am I having a bad sushi retail experience here Thoughts ? Food: 4

Unbelievably good service. I had a function today and the original shop I ordered the food from lost my order. I arrived at Sushi Junction at 7:15am this morning when my event started at 10am. The team made two extra large platters for me that were ready at 9am when they predicted they would be and my guests and I loved every part of the platter. Thank you guys I would highly recommend them. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
