Incredible omakase experience. Exactly what you fantasize about when you imagine high end sushi in Tokyo. You'll get one piece after another, fast paced and thoughtfully prepared, right in front of you, while you look out the window at the gorgeous rooftop view. The chef will try to explain what everything is, but there's a language barrier. Who cares? Just eat it. Every piece of fish is perfect. The tempura is light and crispy without adding overpowering deep-fried flavor. They'll keep giving you different sakes. The eel and sea urchin will blow your mind. Everything has this outstanding organic rice dressed in a red wine vinegar sushi dressing. Creative, but simple. Innovative and traditional. Not as much rice as you'd expect, but the flavor shines through and you realize it's the perfect amount. This place is the real deal. You won't be disappointed. And they seemed so happy to welcome us, even asked us for pictures. It's hard to find, on one of the upper floors. But it's a treasure. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
