Excellent food for perfect rainy days .. So comforting and flavorful... What elevated our experience was the staff , they are just amazing with the service they provide. They kept checking our table brought extra sides when they saw it was empty... The food is basically soul food.....Not to mention their quantity it's a lot we packed home leftovers.... This is my favourite spot to visit in Nanaimo. We came a bit early today and were waiting in the car before they opened and the worker came outside to tell us that they were open. The staff are attentive and friendly. They always fill up on the water, napkins, and ask if we want more side dishes. I love how the food tastes authentic and hasn't been westernized. On the new menu there are the back ribs and I highly recommend getting the spicy pork back ribs. I've tried most of the dishes on the regular menu and have never been disappointed. I love eating the spicy salad that they give for free. In my opinion, DANPUNG MOMIJI310 is the best restaurant in Nanaimo and it's criminal how it isn't filled up 24/7.
