Great experience! The food was amazing - great variety of courses, which all tasted great. The fish they use is top notch. They catered to our request not to have octopus and every bite of the menu we had was amazing. The drinks were also very good. Well worth it! I felt taken advantage of :( I called to ask if it’s possible to book a table for 9:30pm given that the closing time is 10:30pm. They told us it was fine and to come, but when we got there they told us they are closing very soon so we had to eat very fast. They were basically closing up at 9:45, not 10:30pm. They served all the sushi immediately, and stood over us waiting to clean up our plates. It was very awkward and I was surprised. They essentially pressured us to eat within 20-25 mins, and the bill is not cheap. I would expect a restaurant like this to either not allow bookings for 9:30pm (or at least warn) or to give some grace for us to have a full hour and normal experience. There was essentially zero customer service. The food was incredible, and I’m sure if we had come earlier all would be fine. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Our final course seating begins at 8:30 PM, and on that evening we were informed through the concierge that you would be arriving later than scheduled. In order to accommodate this, we prepared to serve the course at a slightly faster pace. However, it seems there was a miscommunication, and we sincerely apologize if this resulted in an uncomfortable experience for you. We had an amazing experience at Sushi Punch. Every bite was incredible. The sushi chefs spoke English, which made the experience even better as they took the time to explain each dish and what made it special. The chefs were not only skilled but genuinely entertaining, adding to the overall vibe of the night. The ambiance was cozy yet modern, making it the perfect spot for an intimate, memorable meal.
