Really great sushi spot in Trinity Beach with fresh, well-made rolls and a good variety to choose from. Everything tasted clean and high quality, and you can tell the ingredients are fresh. The portions were generous without feeling heavy, which made it even better. Service was friendly and quick, and the atmosphere is relaxed and perfect for a casual meal near the beach. Dining in at Sushi Raft surpassed our expectations with its variety of very tasty freshly well cooked food, friendly service, and value for money. The bento box was delicious, as was the chicken teriyaki, and mochi. We are locals and have tried most of the restaurants from Palm Cove to Trinity Beach. This one is well worth 5 stars.
