Ordered delivery on January 20th. As a result, the transport took almost 3 hours! Warm rolls arrived cold! They did not bring any chopsticks, no ginger, no sauce, no wasabi (all this was included in the package). Contacting technical support helped (as it turned out not) only the second time. They called back, apologized, and gave me a promotional code for a free set as compensation. It just turned out that you can only use it in addition to a new order! Order for 1500, and we will bring you a gift. They turn their mistakes into profit. Well done! This kind of attitude towards a client is very unpleasant. When I asked to return part of the amount for an incomplete order, they refused, they said it couldn’t be done. In general, I do not recommend it from all sides. Attitude towards the client, quality of delivery, quality of order assembly. There are no complaints about the taste. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
