Sushi Shin, nestled in the heart of Tokyo on Nishi-Azabu, is a notable sushi restaurant recognized for its creative and seasonal offerings. Adorned with Michelin acclaim, it has grown popular among international visitors, frequently drawing crowds from Europe and America. The restaurant maintains a friendly atmosphere and serves up an experience that many consider comparable to Tokyo's finest sushi spots.
Available for dining seven days a week from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm, Sushi Shin accepts reservations and credit card payments but does not offer outdoor seating. Despite being celebrated for its quality, some feedback points to occasional slow service, and not all past guests find it a top value for its type in the city. Notably, there has been no new information shared from the owner or updates since the last reviews were posted six years ago, marking a gap in current public insight into its offerings and operations.

Sadly, a bit overrun with tourists since his Michelin star, but remains an amazing sushi shop that is without a doubt comparable to the very best in Tokyo. Creative, seasonal, beautiful & friendly.

Crowd is mostly European/American. There were no locals on a Friday night. You can find better omakase elsewhere at a lower cost.

The 250,000 Course B includes 4-5 plates that the 200,000 Course A does not.
