The rice was a homogeneous rice paste from which the grains of rice were almost indistinguishable. The presentation was unacceptable. Also the size of the pieces was very uneven... one was twice the thickness of another. I was lucky to eat there because I was served the wrong drink and no wasabi or ginger. And when it was served to me... The wasabi was compressed/ecrapoutti in the ginger... These are details... Where it really was THE detail that changed the balance was that I really felt bad and was afraid of being really sick after eating even though I always order the same thing at the Sushi shop among other things because that it leaves a feeling of having eaten “fresh”. The service would have been correct (perhaps even a little better) because the small team was very prompt and very good. I found that they responded very correctly to the little glitches of one employee in particular who, even though she was in training (she didn't Maybe it's not either (I didn't know) wasn't all there and seemed to be a bit of a burden for the others and not at all in "learning" mode... Bored? I don't know how to say it better. After all, the difference is in the details and the attitude. Congratulations to the two or three of the team who will recognize themselves although I thought they managed it well.
