A little hideaway in Yahatahigashi ward, Kitakyushu, and among the residential estate, this is a gem of a find, in our view The sashimi is well presented and the taste is exceptional. The texture is brught red, not dull looking. They are not slimy and have a springy taste. The stew salmon with onions are unique, this is the first time we come across such a creative idea. The usual small Japanese eatery concept, but don't be fooled by it, as this family run business churns out such high quality delicious food. I wish I have more capacity to try everything on the menu, but alas we have only one stomach. It would be nice if someone tries this store and adds on with your comments.
