The owner is humble and the staff have good customer service. Of course, the sushi is also extremely delicious. I quite liked the vinegared rice. I wonder if the amount of vinegar in the vinegared rice is changed depending on the toppings? Japanese sake, such as 14-year-old sake, is difficult to obtain in general, but it is good to be able to drink it at a reasonable price. The Japanese sake Hakurakusei was the most delicious I've ever had. The day after I ate sushi, I still wanted to go to Sushi Ueda.
