We come here often ! But this time it was horrible ! Half our order did not come ! And apparently half the stuff we ordered was not on the menu, we did the all you can eat !

As a chef, you should know that when your quality of fish is not fresh for sashimi grade then throw it in the trash instead of selling it. Sweet shrimp is supposed to be raw, not cooked; clearly it means to anyone that its NOT FRESH when you give it out cooked. The white tuna was STICKY AND YELLOW, totally unacceptable- it can make people SICK. I like to mention that yes I ordered this near your closing time, but you chose to accept my order. That means you don't provide garbage quality food. Simply just cancel my order, it would save you from a bad review and my time from having to give this review. Also I have requested no salmon and no crab sticks. Now, I specifically mentioned to substitute for tuna and red snapper and was charged extra for it ($4+tax), which i was fine with (whole bill was $98 with 45 PC sashimi tray and a la carte California roll and flying fish roe sushi FYI), but the end result is that you DID NOT deliver the request but instead gave me tamago ("egg" cheapest thing possible in sashimi) and mackerel which was not part of the sashimi platter list. Furthermore, I will never support your business any longer. They may fix these issues temporarily after this bad review but sooner or later bad habits return, hopefully Im wrong on this last part. We order take-outs at least once a month at Sushi Whitby since we arrived in the area, a year ago. They never disappoint. I don't eat seafood at all and I succeed to have great veggie makis with them. I might would like them to create some cream cheese/veggies makis though instead of just cucumber or just avocado :) But it's me being picky.
