Sushi.me is one of those rare places on the edge of Prague that feels more daring and creative than many spots in the center. The concept is playful, and confident and the food absolutely delivers on that promise. The Eruption roll stands out and the Ebi Lover roll is another highlight. The bistro itself is small but a hidden gem we usually use delivery option but if you’re looking for sushi that’s fun, modern, and made with real care, this place is absolutely worth the trip.
