Yesterday 19/01, you were trying to place the order on our website, you did not complete the order and already made the transfer via pix of the value, where the system computed the delivery of 7 reais and when you actually updated your wrong address (you placed area industrial) the system understood that the delivery was 8 reais, we were not charging again, but the system would only release it when you informed how the remaining 1 REAL would be paid. In contact via WhatsApp, our attendant advised you to send the order as a credit card to be paid which she would update here as already paid, you said that you wanted the amount paid to be refunded. She replied that yes she could and sent the refund request and it was done in less than 1 hour! She doesn't have access to the bank and that's why she had to ask us, as she mentioned to you via WhatsApp!! So I come here to make it clear that we do not charge twice and that at no time do we refuse to return the amount you paid! Evaluations like this don't help people believe in our service and I think it doesn't make any sense, seeing as the facts didn't turn out that way!
