When I ordered the medium-fatty fatty tuna, I received what looked like lean meat with no fat at all. I think you might be confusing it with red meat. Moreover, it tasted like hypochlorous acid and there were blood clot-like things everywhere. The mackerel was also runny and watery. The quality of Sushiro's toppings has deteriorated, and other stores have become even worse than before, but this place seems to not follow the preparation manual properly. Food: 1
