Before the coronavirus pandemic, I went there occasionally. Even if you order toppings using the touch panel, the toppings you ordered are already gone before they arrive at your place! When I looked closely, I saw that another customer had taken it! Each time I called the staff and said, ``I ordered it on the touch panel, but it's gone! Another customer took it!'' and she looked disgusted and reluctantly brought it back. If you flow in a lane like Kappa Sushi, your food will not be taken by other customers. When I mentioned this to the store clerk, she responded, "Oh, that's right," and looked really disgusted. I called Sushiro's head office to complain, but they just gave lame excuses. I said, ``This is a proposal, but could you imagine it flowing in a lane like Kappa Sushi?'' When I said that, a man answered the phone at Sushiro's headquarters and said, ``We can't respond to customer opinions.'' "No," he replied, without a single word of apology.
