Overall good impressions. Was really pleased with the quality for the price. Can improve in some hygiene. The table had an odd smell, like a dirty towel was used to clean it. We chose to wipe the table ourselves with wipes. I’m glad we did because the struggling table cleaner man was across the way sweating profusely m, wiped his palm on his forehead to clean his sweat, placed his hand back on the towel and continued wiping. Good quality fish for the price. This chain is highly automated and offers a self-service experience, which was actually very easy to navigate and enjoyable. I wish the conveyor belt actually went around with food on it, but instead you order from a screen or tablet and the food is delivered to you when it's ready. You can also order enough plates to play mini games and try to win little prizes, which adds to the fun. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Always 10 out of 10. Been here many times since 2023. Sushiro is the best sushi in Tokyo, my favourite are salmon basil mozzarella , seared shrimp and basil mayo cheese, and fried shrimp and avocado. You can also enhance the flavour with spices located at the area with cups(see the photo). It is not too spicy, don’t be scared :) you can put it on any sushi. What I’m really missing at Sushiro is the variety of more complex sushi with fancy sauces. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ¥1,000–2,000
