Not the best sushi in Japan, obviously, but still very good. Good drinks, including sours and beers, - pretty nice place to hang around with fellas during the day. There's plenty of space and the service is almost fully automated. Price per person: ¥2,000–3,000 Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

The reason Sushiro's Uni Mazesoba tasted so good this winter was that the sauce now contains butter, which brings out the richness and flavour of the sea urchin. In addition, the noodles have become thinner, which means they mix better with the sauce. These changes have given the original 'Uni Mazesoba' a new appeal and made it even tastier. It will be on sale for a limited time only until 5 January, and will cost between 480 yen and 520 yen (including tax).
