Pleasantly informal environment, with a well-assorted and young clientele. Extremely friendly and welcoming staff, especially Francesca, the girl who served us from start to finish. Very simple and contained menu, honest prices for a Japanese à la carte. Excellent gyoza and udon. The sushi is freshly prepared, simple and delicate, without flourishes and camouflaging sauces. A stone's throw from Domò, a meat shop that sells all-you-can-eat food for €30 per person. At Sushita we spent just under €40 each and gained in taste, courtesy and health.
