This was the most extraordinary sushi I have ever eaten. Even though this is a street food store , the hygiene standards are very high, on a Japanese level. You can also watch the food being prepared. It's almost art! All the dishes I ate were delicious, but special mention goes to the flamed salmon belly. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
