The International cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Ordering nicely cooked vegetable tempura, venison and misir is a pleasant experience here. Being at Suzuhiroan, order good ice cream.

The efficient staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. Service at this place is something one can name professional. The atmosphere of this place is nice. This spot scored 4 in the Google rating system.

I was surprised at how delicious everything was. And a little charmingly funny. For example, “mushroom curry udon (venison).” I'm sorry for not putting the catchy venison in the product name, but adding it as an afterthought. Deer are just pests that multiply on their own, and mushrooms are grown at home from logs, so perhaps this is a sign of pride. In addition, the most impressive ingredient among the ingredients used was spinach. Is it some kind of local vegetable that I don't know about? The flavor was as strong as I expected. As expected, it seems like it was grown at home. There are also ``Gyoja Garlic Chili Oil'' and ``Yuzu Pepper'' as garnishing condiments, both of which are homemade, and the ingredients are probably home-grown. The latter is made with yellow yuzu and red chili peppers, rather than the Kyushu-style green yuzu and green chili peppers. Furthermore, I think the popular item "Mushroom Tempura" is only available on Sundays and busy seasons, so if that's what you're looking for, you should aim for weekdays. The volume and variety are such that the price of 600 yen is clearly wrong. There were more types of ingredients such as wild vegetables than mushrooms, but I guess it's because wild vegetables grow on their own, but I'm proud of growing the mushrooms at home. In addition, the cost performance is such that you would think that the appropriate price is double that price. Salt and tempura sauce are also available to add to the tempura, but I personally think that the homemade "Gyoja Garlic Soy Sauce" goes best. The various soft-serve ice creams are clearly made by the same cute boy manufacturer, but they also use local or homemade toppings. When I visited the store previously, I received some rhubarb (which I had grown myself) with sauce and was very impressed. The other day, I received something with Gyoja garlic (〃) sauce. Yeah, it's not bad, but maybe you don't need to use software! Blueberry harvest will begin in June, so it will be back on the menu after that. By the way, this "Suzuhiroan" is a privately run store attached to the roadside station Arakawa, and is a restaurant derived from "Suzukaen" near Bushu Hino Station. I wanted to go there someday.
