The char siu is delicious! It was the right choice to have a large portion of chashu noodles. Also, it was my first time to eat Takeoka style. was delicious~! I had a lighter image of it, but it tastes fine. As someone else mentioned, Honke uses onions, and Suzuya uses green onions. I think green onions are definitely more delicious.
