Hello Michael, Sorry about the experience you had. However, the game machine which you play your games on- we have nothing to do with it. you should have called the 1800 and tried to resolve the issue instead of just blaming it on the store. We have just kept the machine for CUSTOMERS convenience. We do not control that machine in anyway. Hope this answers your question in shorting of your money.
