We went to Suzy Q’s today for lunch, the drive from Utica was well worth it. My brother and I had lunch, I ordered the hot honey chicken waffle cone with chili cheese fries my brother had the Mexican burger with fries. The hot honey waffle cone blew me away, it was like something I’d see at an upscale restaurant, absolutely beautifully put together and delicious, chili cheese fries delicious as well. My brothers Mexican burger delicious and spicy. The dining area was clean and brightly decorated, an outdoor roof covered a few tables. The owner was so gracious, accommodating, she should be so proud of what she has accomplished. We will visit again and my wife will have something gluten free. Thank you for an amazing experience.

When I placed my order I said twice that I didn't want onions and pickles on my wrap, the meal was delivered to me with exactly what I didn't want. My bf asked the cook to re make it as onions bother my stomach, she re made but didn't take accountability, and made me feel that I was in the wrong. Even the 2nd wrap still had pickles on it even when I said that I didn't want them. Won't be getting dinner food from them anymore. Disappointing! I work for ICAN and we take kids in the community out for Ice cream and or food, guess this is one place we won't be going.

I’m sorry you had this experience! We are training new cooks I, Management could have giving a refund or assisted you better if I was aware. Please stop and and see me I will absolutely make this issue better. Ask for Suzy! We want our customers to be satisfied & Happy
