Very bad!!! The first thing to correct is still before setting foot in the room. Already only from the outside we were attacked and verbally offended by both us and our tour guide (... he thought well of offending and swearing in Italian, most likely to be sure we understood ...) only for the fact of being in front of the local, on public land, listening to an explanation of our guide on a work by an artist positioned right where the room is. The worst publicity a business can do and the worst publicity to the sense of hospitality of the Prague population

Very bad experience. The waiters are very unkind. Especially waiter Milan. Be careful on bill, they cheat a lot.

The waiters didnt greet us, we waited 15 minutes. Noone came to take the order so we left. For this bad Service in Prague, the waiters "suggest" a 10% Service charge. Ridiculous
