I visited this restaurant last September for my sister's birthday with her family. We had a really good time and good food too. So this month I want to treat one of my favorite friend's family to this restaurant and gave a groupon to my another friend's family as a gift because I want to share good restaurants with my friends. I went again on Oct. 19th with one of favorite friend's family and used a groupon. I had such a bad experience this time and my another friend's family too. I understand this for using a groupon" Not valid with separate checks. Not valid with any other offers, discounts, or special menu items. " However, I couldn't understand why the waitress said that she can't accept my groupon for our orders which included 3 of the regular entree menus. So she said that I have to pay the entire order(3 regular, 2 special appetizers and 1 special entree) without a groupon. The next day, my another friend's family went to this restaurant with the groupon that I gave to her as a gift to treat her 4 children, whom the youngest is 11 years old. She's a single mom and two of her kids had birthdays last week but couldn't celebrate nicely since she doesn't have enough money. So I treated her with the groupon so that she can take her children out to eat since going out is such a rare occasion. The waitress asked my friend to order 6 entrees because she has a groupon even though the groupon said "$31 for $60 toward dinner for four or more with four entrees, valid Monday–Friday only" So my friend had to order six entrees and then she had to pay $65 more after the deducted $60 groupon. I was so embarrassed and felt so sorry to my friend. I really regret buying the "Sweet Baby Ray's Barbecue" groupons and I especially regret going to the restaurant.
