Place is really good but they always have their store listed as closed for delivery on every app even though they are open. Why even say you offer it?

First time visiting, some of the machines didn’t have yogurt; which was fine. The staff overall was friendly. Their Instagram post was misleading about promotion. When we went to the store they said we had to be signed up before the promotion took place and we would have received a text with the promotion. Whereas on their Instagram post it mentioned we can sign up for rewards prior to visiting the location. The yogurt was good, a lot of topping, decently clean, and staff was friendly
