The place was therefore open from 9am and after 10 hours of opening it is normal not to find your favorite sweet or the place in optimal conditions. I apologize for the staff but they are all new girls except one and they were probably in difficulty given the large turnout of people on a Christmas Saturday afternoon. For the quality of the food, the suppliers have always been the same, the chefs the same, the organic food is always top quality. I'm sorry for the confusion and the incorrect approach of the girls, the problem with the teapot was enough to report it and we would have changed it immediately. I hope you can come back as soon as possible to change your mind because, since 2003, we really do our best, even after 10 hours of work, to ensure that our customers leave Sweet Irene with a satisfied smile on their faces.
