It’s upsetting when regular customers are refused (to put a stamp on a card, on which, having collected 9 stamps, they give) the 10th bonus drink. We have been clients of the “Sweet Life” coffee shop since the opening and this is not the first card we have and we know how it has worked so far. We have two seals, should we have put a third one!? We were told that the promotion was valid in the “Sweet Life” coffee shop, but not in the center, but on the 8th. But there is no such information on the card itself.
