Extremely poor and slow service. Came to pick up four orders of RasMalai. Ended up waiting 20 minutes. After which a guy from the kitchen appeared asking , how many Ras Malai's do I have to pack??? Massive miscommunication. Each customer should be given priority as per their number and line. Service: 1

Great service, but disappointing cold food. I ordered Channa Samosa here at 9:30 PM. The service was very fast and the food was ready right on time. I got it packed for takeaway, but literally just 30 feet away from the shop, I opened the food and it was already cold. This was surprising since the temperature in Brampton has been seriously about 30 degrees for the last three days, so it shouldn't have gone cold that fast. The staff was good and the environment is nice. Maybe their other food is better, but they really need to change their process for making Channa Samosa. Last time I had this dish, it was at the Himalayan restaurant in Hamilton, and I would bet my money on that restaurant's Channa Samosa against Sweet Mahal's any day.
