Doesnt let you request a refund for the food being late, or cold. Had a delivery driver say he couldnt give me the food as we had requested for money back even though ww requested that because it was an hour late, not because we didnt still want the order, but at no point did we cancel the order. We kept checking for updates and its arrival, if they knew once we had put a money back request in that they werent going to give us the food, why did they still let the driver bring it all the way to my door and still try and deliver it. Driver also told me he needed to see the original phone that had the delivery number, not just ask for the number and my partner who had made the order is unable to walk and on the 4th floor of my apartment building. Awful communication, awful service and will happily tell anyone and everyone not to order from here. Price per person: £20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The driver "got lost in bad weather" and turned up 2 1/2 hours late, naturally blaming us for where we live in the city centre. The driver made multiple attempts to claim delivery was successfully made (you must keep contacting JustEats via the AI assistant and stating it's not delivered otherwise the driver will claim so. The driver will refuse to hand over the food if you've contacted JustEats about anything. The driver will also demand a code that hasn't been generated for the order (sometimes when you order on JustEats there is a code, never with this restaurant) He'll tell you "don't worry you'll get a full refund". The next day they'll then refuse to refund you because of adverse weather affecting delivery. If you've already ordered and are now just reading the reviews, don't just accept it, immediately chase it up with JustEats within 24 hours, they should back you. Judging from other reviews, this is fraudulent behaviour they actively engage in and encourage. Service: 1
