I have been here a few times and I can say that Sweet Time Poplar has some of the best milkshakes in Sendai. Easily in the top 5 milkshakes in the city. They have excellent muffins and very good ice cream. Their sweet potato's are very tasty as well. If you are in the area I recommend you come here. The staff are kind, the prices are good; and the food is great. Price per person: ¥1–1,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
