Korean cuisine is a must-order one at this confectionary restaurant. Many guests come to try nicely cooked fried chicken, belly pork and broth. Sweetang guarantees you good strawberry cheesecakes, vanilla ice cream and doughnuts. It's time to degustate delicious coffee.

The competent staff welcomes people all year round. If you want to enjoy prompt service, you should go to this place. From the guests' viewpoint, prices are low. Most of the time, the lovely atmosphere is to be found here.

I don't mind paying more than market price for Korean food if the quality and taste is priced accordingly but this was not the case. The Thai noodle soup didn't have much stuff in it and  tasted sub par. They used small plates to look like you get a lot of food. The injeolmi dessert did not have enough mochi filling and it was dry. We spent $65 plus tips for three people. I gave two stars for creativity of their menu.

Fyi all, this location has closed. Don't know when and there was no sign on the door -- the whole place is empty inside. It's too bad -- we loved it!

Just got back from 2 weeks in Asia including Seoul and Taiepi. In Taipei I had Monster Ice which was great. Today at Sweetang we had a Ube-Lychee Snow. Having grown up in Hawaii and just had Monster Ice in Taipei, I'd say this was really good. Dare I say better than anything I've had in Hawaii.  Not too sweet, great flavor, nice assortment of a accompaniments.   We also got their Ka Piaa soup. It's different than any other Korean soup because of the lemongrass but I really enjoyed it. Felt like something a Korean/Vietnamese grandmother would make you. I cant wait to come back for this when it's rainy and cold out. High recommended on checking this place out.
