The cosy atmosphere of Sweeter makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. The barista is said to be efficient here. Also, clients recommend this place because of reasonable prices.

The cafe looks nice from the outside but is not very nice on the inside. The cups are dirty and the cafe smells bad. There are cockroaches crawling on the floors. Attached are photos of the dirty cups with grease floating in the tea and dirt in the water glass. The waiter told us not to worry that the cups look dirty, he said that it’s clean. We didn’t drink anything but we sat in the cafe to warm up. This cafe has lots of potential to be very nice, it just needs more caring staff and to do a deep clean. I recommend the owners use a degreasing soap, baking soda, and vinegar to to a deep clean of the cups after each use. If this was in Moscow I’d rate the cafe 1/5 but since I like Barnaul, I give this cafe a 2/5 rating.
