impressive flavors, but small service details could be refined Sweetzerland Qatar has something that sets it apart from the usual chocolate brands—it’s rich without being overwhelming, indulgent without feeling too heavy. Every piece I tried had this balance that made it easy to savor, and honestly, the white chocolate with cranberries and blueberries was an absolute standout. Also, the original cocoa bar hit just right. If they ever decide to push past 80% cocoa, they’d easily rank among the best in the game. Now, onto the service—warm, kind, and really nurturing, especially from the Moroccan agent who walked me through all the options. Felt like someone who genuinely enjoys introducing customers to the flavors, which always makes a difference. But where things could improve.. The tasting experience needs more guidance. The person handling the samples did offer a generous piece, which was appreciated, but there wasn’t much explanation on flavor profiles, textures, or what makes each one different. Would’ve been nice to have a bit of storytelling behind each chocolate, especially when switching between flavors. Verbiage matters. At one point, I was told they “could offer you something,” but in the end, nothing was actually offered. It’s small, but if there’s no actual ability to give a complimentary gesture, it’s best not to mention it. I get the enthusiasm, especially when engaging with an excited customer, but it’s better to overdeliver than to say something that doesn’t materialize. Still, I walked out with half a kilo of chocolate, so clearly, they’re doing something right. I had an excellent experience at this place with my friend being our first time visiting, Ibtissam and Micheal were so friendly and nice to us. The chocolates were so tasty
