Waited in line for 15-20 minutes at 3 pm on a Saturday. Order taker came out when my infant son started crying in the back seat. I pointed to the pickle pretzels when I was ordering. When I got to window and my son calmed down I realized she gave me the normal ones. I told the girl window she said they already made them for me and it was too late to change when I explained what happened. She said “Maybe next time you can try them.” I left disappointed average eating pretzels that I didn’t want. I emailed the owners; they gave me the same response. In this economy I’m not going to a place that doesn’t respect my time and money. Sonic would have made this right. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

It’s Swig!!!I drove from NW Arkansas to St George, Utah in 2022 just get my first Swig dirty soda and now we have them here! (I didn’t really go for that specific reason but that is where I got my first Swig drink.) Price per person: $1–10 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
