Many guests say that waiters offer good chicken here. Food delivery is a big plus of this restaurant. The pleasant staff reflects the style and character of Swiss Chalet. Most visitors suppose that the service is fast. But a number of clients who use Google didn't give this place a high rating.

Just looking at Swiss Chalet locations on line, I noticed every location seems to be listed except of Okotoks. Than I remembered a few months ago we visited that location for lunch. There were several couples seated and eating, we waited about ten minutes to be seated, no one came out or acknowledges we were there, we left, sent an email to Swiss Chalet head office, they apologised advised someone from the Okotoks store would be in touch and we have not heard form any one, however we now go to the Swiss Chalet in Shaughnessy on a regular basis
