I recently ordered a wood-fired Cheeseburger pizza from Switch Watergardens, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The pizza itself was soggy in the middle, making it difficult to pick up and enjoy. The "lifestyle sauce" that was used on the pizza was overpowering. The table service at Switch Watergardens was practically non-existent. We had to order using a QR code on the table, and it wasn't until 25 minutes after being seated that someone finally came over to ask if we wanted to order, despite the restaurant being relatively quiet with plenty of staff available. To make matters worse, the staff seemed more interested in leaning on the counter and chatting with the security guard than attending to the customers. Overall, my experience at Switch Watergardens left much to be desired. The soggy pizza, overpowering sauce, lack of attentive service, and the expectation of a tip despite the poor experience were major letdowns. I hope the establishment takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving the quality of their food and service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
