I had one of the worst dining experiences at this place. After a long trip, I came here with my big family expecting to have a proper dinner, but instead we were treated with terrible service and complete unprofessionalism. We waited for HOURS, yet many of our food and drink orders never arrived. What made the experience even worse was seeing other customers who arrived after us being served first while we were still left waiting with no clear explanation. The most unacceptable part was the dishonesty from the owner and staff. They should have informed us from the beginning that they were unable to handle a large group because there was no chef available at that time. Instead, they kept us waiting for hours without proper communication or any sincere apology. I came with 25 people, and every single one of us left disappointed. This place is clearly not capable of handling large orders and has very poor customer service and management. After wasting hours waiting in frustration, we finally decided to cancel the remaining orders and paid only for the few items that actually came out. To make things worse, the prices were outrageously expensive — more than 700K for just a few mediocre food and drinks that were not even good. Completely unprofessional, badly managed, overpriced, and absolutely not worth the time or money. Meal type: Dinner Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Overprice? U speak English and tell overprice… our price already cheap. Sorry sir today our staff just 3 come to work, so of course they very Confuse u Coming 25 people and order like this and expect we must service very fast if u have resto of course I Will feel frustate to handleLike that. So us a owner I m very sorry about this but please dont tell abous this not fair and for us.. not relate someYour reasons thankyou God bless your trip
