Not the same. I'm a little disappointed with Sylmar's Fix. The shredded chicken tastes old. You know the taste when the chicken when chicken is a day or two old. Has that refrigerator taste. The smoothie is not what I expected. The smoothie was way too sweet and questionable if fresh fruits were ever added. I had a stomach ache about 30 mins after eating.
