Фо-Бо объемом в один литр подали довольно быстро, после чего я приступил к трапезе. Очень и очень яркий вкус бульона с присущими ему нотками Вьетнама, лапша просто идеальна (степень жесткости), лук и зелень в изобилии и конечно тарелочка, на которой есть всё необходимое, включая очень солидный кусок лайма, но довольно подвело мясо, оно было жестковато, лично мне это не испортило вкус блюда, но всё же приготовлено оно неправильно и это конечно очевидный минус. Но в итоге добавив умный соус, немного шрирачи, выдавив лайм - получилось очень даже знатное ФоБо.
⚡⚡⚡ Общее впечатление - вкусно и сытно, на пятёрку явно не дотягивает, а вот четверку ставлю с удовольствием за довольно хороший Фо, любителям паназиатской кухни думаю понравится именно это блюдо, хоть и с небольшими нюансами...
