As for the dough, it is made in the Neapolitan way by hand and is therefore softer than other pizzerias that use a rolling mill. As for noise, in fact when the room is full we have a high noise level, do not hesitate to ask for a quieter table when making your reservation. Beautiful evening WendyMore
