Located in the heart of the city, Syrovarnya by Novikov offers a sophisticated ambiance and a menu that leans toward healthier, wholesome options. The food is delicious, and for those who prefer more seasoning, salt and pepper are readily available to adjust the flavor to your liking. The staff is consistently friendly and attentive. While it comes at a premium price, the experience justifies the cost. The restaurant is also wheelchair accessible with flat flooring throughout. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. meh. The cheese on margherita pizza was not fresh mozzarella as it should be but ordinary shredded. the waiters lost my order so it took over 45 minutes even tho other tables sat down ordered and ate pizza in that time. when I flagged mine down (she had never checked in) she sent someone else who apologized and said it was waitstaff error. that happens, but they still charged me full service %. so overall not impressed. this was around 5pm on Sat May 17. it was nearly empty when I sat down.
