We placed an order for delivery through Yandex Food, the restaurant not only did not bother to meet the 1 hour and 40 minutes for delivery to the Adler area, but did not even call with an apology or warning about the delay. We called the restaurant ourselves, where they answered that we had to wait another 30 minutes. And, most likely, they simply forgot about the order. Preparing an order for more than 2 hours is already too much. Not warning about a delay is a non-client approach. We do not recommend this establishment Service: 1
