Every time I visit Russia, Syrovarnya is an absolute must on my itinerary. No matter the city, whether in Sochi, Krasnodar, Gelendjik or Moscow, I make it a point to dine here at least once or twice. It is, without a doubt, one of the finest restaurant chains, offering an impeccable dining experience marked by the freshest, highest-quality ingredients and flawless service. From the moment you step into Syrovarnya, you are greeted with warmth and professionalism. Their service is nothing short of outstanding, and on our most recent visit, our server, Andrey Zaharov, was particularly exceptional, attentive, and knowledgeable The coffee-lattes at Syrovarnya are in a league of their own, rich and perfectly balanced. Meanwhile, my kids are obsessed with their Virgin Mojito and San Benedetto cocktails, which are both refreshing and beautifully presented. The salads are simply divine. The classic combination of tomatoes, cucumbers, and bryndza cheese is incredibly fresh and flavorful, while the tomatoes, avocados, and stracciatella cheese salad is a masterpiece (my favorite)! For the main course, my sons couldn’t get enough of the shrimp ravioli and the decadent stracciatella pappardelle pasta - both dishes executed to perfection. My husband’s spaghetti Bolognese was rich, hearty, and expertly prepared. He also loves Beef Stroganoff that he always orders. As for me, I indulged in the bouillabaisse soup, which was simply exquisite. No visit to Syrovarnya is complete without their incredible pizza. We went for the stracciatella and mortadella pizza, and it was out of this world! And then, there are the desserts, the experience in and of themselves! Syrovarnya boasts an impressive variety, ensuring that every guest finds something to satisfy their sweet tooth. This time, we opted for the San Sebastian cheesecake and the chocolate fondant. Both were absolutely phenomenal, earning a 5/5 rating. Syrovarnya is truly a culinary haven, a place where quality, taste, and service come together in perfect harmony. Whether you are a dedicated food connoisseur or simply someone who appreciates an outstanding meal, I highly recommend this exceptional restaurant chain!
