Fusion restaurants are unusual in small Italian towns but Osteria Syslak is a very welcome exception. Wonderful food, unusual blends of ingredients; the pad Thai with tajarin was delicious, very inventive. The smash burger with roast vegetables was similarly delicious. Very happy to recommend this excellent restaurant with a superb 60’s/70’s playlist and attentive staff. Meal type: Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
